Thank you commenters

I just wanted to thank you all for reading and especially for commenting. There is not really a proper way to respond to all of your comments but both Jonathan and I read them all and are flattered that you take the time to interact with our blog.

If I didn't have an audience, I would probably write about this stuff anyway. It's much nicer however to know that we have the support of many of you who seem to enjoy knowing what we are going through.
